I updated the OP to remove any defunct MUDs as well as add any new ones. Azereth may be defunct, but it's only showing as having been offline for 2 weeks, so I left it listed since it is a MUD that's been around for 18 years, so not sure 2 weeks downtime = dead, might just be server related issues.
