Question Change in the Weather

Before I dive into it, is it correct that Change Weather currently (stock) does nothing? I've grepped and can't find any code that triggers an actual change in the status of the weather. Before I jump in and implement it, I thought I should double-check that I read the code right?

That is correct. I personally went with a zone based approach along with interactive weather changes. That made control weather and call lightening relevant.
