This is a little bug. There is a work around (turn on nohassle), but still annoying.
If an immortal is OLCing, and nohassle is off.
If you get attacked, you get flooded by text or partial text. Some "text" pass, other don't.
OLCing should protect from fight, even if nohassle is off, though. Some messages, shouldn't
pass too like (peace) send "Everything is quite peaceful now." to OLCing users. etc.
