Idea howto the tbamud from Scratch?

I think I re-set the whole world, zero area and zero room, and so on. Everything from scratch, how do I do it?

Download tbamudwiped.zip

Goto downloads -> tbamud -> patches -> tbamudwiped.zip

i download the file.

but the server is not run........

What have I done wrong?
