Question SPELL and SKILL 1.0 BETA

Hello,

I should had finished this project 20 years ago.
I'm not sure it's going to be used, but it was a fun hobby.

Here's my first release of my spell and skill OLC.

Bear in mind. I'm not running a MUD.
This patch has not been tested in real life gaming.
Disclaimer: It's beta, may have bugs. Use it at your own risk.

This patch goes against tbamud2020 current cvs. after ./configure,
Because, it patch Makefile, and not Makefile.in

I'm not thinking to continue it, but i'm willing to fix reported bugs.

it seema great... put it in the one im doing and havent seen any serious bug. There is something off with summoned mobs but havent took my time to look closer at this.
