Hello Friends

First, congratulations on the new site and forum! It's really cool!

Second, a question:

Could you tell me how to do it "my" mud accept connections on more than one port at a time?

thank you

NOTE: I use the 3.62 version...

You'd have to re-write the socket handling code to listen to multiple ports, although I can't imagine a reason why that would be necessary.

The need is because many players play at work, where doors which we currently use are blocked.

Freeing up more doors, we can make that there is easy connection to common ports that are not normally locked into businesses.

Is there any example or instructions on how to change the code for this?

Thank you

PS: Sorry for my English, i'm from Brazil.

"Is there any example or instructions on how to change the code for this?"
No.

...Why
Making the MUD listen to multiple ports would require some significant modification to the socket handling code which most people are reluctant to touch, especially when the benefit of doing so is somewhere between a little bit and none. In most situations where a MUD finds itself inaccessible to it's players that are currently at work or college, they simply port forward from port 23 to the original port location for the mud.

Below is a link to a mudconnector.com discussion with regards to someone looking for a MUD that only uses port 23 due to his work limitations. It both describes and solves the issue you are having.
