Question Bug - Vanishing room connections

I did a quick search and I couldn't find anything specifically speaking to this one.

I ran a "show problems" and one of my original zones came up, with a room that was going Nowhere. I double checked my map; there should be a north exit. Here's what I saw when I checked the room.

[ 801] A Cobblestone Road Into the Braem Wood [ NOBITS ] [ Forest ]
Tall trees are so close to each other that they seem to form a solid wall of
wood, casting deep shadows in their path. Grass grows in the narrow spaces
between each tree trunk. A smooth road of rounded stones leads into the depths
of the forest.
[ Exits: w ]

However, when statting the room, the north exit is supposed to be there, but it's been changed to NONE.

When I go the room that should be the north exit from here, that room is correct.

Weeds cover the ground in a thick entwined tangle alongside the road, their
vine-like stems weaving around each other as if laying a netted trap. It would
be very easy to become ensnared in the vines, and lingering is probably not the
wisest of ideas.

We've been running (and building) now for three months and this is a weird occurrence. Any idea what's happening?

Do you have any idea of when the exit disappeared? Was it ever confirmed to be actually there? When the area was built did you dig the exits or do them manually? Are there any triggers written anywhere that may have affected it by accident such as being for room 1801 and hitting 801 by accident? The same goes for someone editing another zone and hitting this one by accident.
