Question Offline regen

Gents,
I am dumb founded. I cannot find where to have regen of characters while in rent enabled. I thought it was in players.c and remove IS_PLAYING() from saving character. That did not work, so I am looking for here for some answers.

I found the tiny bit of code that prevented offline regen. It is not standard in the stock TBAMUD code base.
