The vnum assigner is unique to TBA. It allows a single vnum in a zone to be assigned to a new builder. That way we can have them create one room/mob/obj with that vnum and then approve it before assigning a zone.
This object was created to help new builders follow the directions under
HELP TRIAL. It will limit them to a single vnum so they can not edit other
trial vnums in their zone. The assigner is loaded to every player in the
mortal greet room.
