Important DikuMUD license changing

DikuMUD license is LGPL now dikumud.com/dikumud-license/ .

Opie has been working this. Jeremy Elson (CircleMUD creator) agreed to change the CircleMUD license to LGPL and we are waiting on that before we can change tbaMUD.
