Important Need Help

Observation: i did this post once but i got no hint that it ever was seen by staff,so i think something went wrong,and also i have no idea if the review takes too much time,so i`ll make it a second time
Since Yesterday,i`m trying to get the Commands for Building,the ones for Editing,Go To and Wizchat,however everytiem i try to use theses, a `Huh!?` message appears,and in the Commands there is no mention of that,and no Immortal staff appeared since Yesterday to give me the Commands,can anybody help?

The last month has been busy for many of our immortals, so you have just been unlucky.

And, as you discovered, no builder commands work on level 1...

so,how do i level up? i havent found a way to do it

Ok,so, something happened with my VNUM,and i cannot edit it,the problem is that whenever i try to edit it,it says that i must go for the zone 611 or something like that,whoever my room is at 613,and i cannot edit the room because it ins`t at 611

So..can any immortal give me permissions to use the zone 613? a.k.a my vnum? (61342)
