Does anybody have or can anybody point to where I could find a patch for tba mud to move away from 100% loads and have
the option for percentage based loads for mobs and objects?

You can make a trigger that loads, where numeric arg is the procentage you want it to load.

Yes, thanks. I had not investigated triggers yet. I see that it gives a nice way to customize
the world more easily to the Builder as well as the imp.
